Help us make this better
Whether you track one hot tub or service four hundred pools, you can see things we cannot from here. If something would be more useful a different way, if something is broken, or if there is a bottled brand or public supply you wish you could compare against, tell us. It is the fastest way this product gets better, and there is no such thing as too small.
Before you write
Two things answer most questions faster than we can.
- Learn explains every parameter we measure, in two branches: pools and hot tubs, and drinking and household water. A reading that looks alarming in one is often unremarkable in the other.
- Compare puts your sources side by side with the safe band printed on every row, which is usually enough to tell a drift from a bad test strip.
Service companies
Pool, filtration and water treatment companies can create a provider account and submit a listing for the directory. Listings are reviewed before they go public; write to the address above if yours has been waiting longer than you expected.
Something wrong with your water
WiseWaterGauge is a record of what you measured, not an emergency service. If you believe your drinking water is unsafe, contact your water utility or local health department; they can test and act, and we cannot.
